3️⃣ Russian Twists  

   – Sit upright, lean back slightly, and twist your torso side to side, tapping the floor beside you.

4️⃣ Leg Raises 

   – Lie flat on your back and lift your legs up toward the ceiling, engaging your lower abs.

5️⃣ Mountain Climbers 

   – Start in a plank position and alternate driving your knees towards your chest quickly.

6️⃣ Flutter Kicks  

   – Lie on your back and keep your legs straight, lifting them a few inches off the ground, then alternate kicking.

Cool Down (5 minutes):

– Child’s Pose – 1 minute

– Cat-Cow Stretch – 1 minute

– Seated Forward Bend – 1 minute

– Spinal Twist – 1 minute per side
